Welcome to Cake Envy! My name is Amy and I am the premier cheesecake designer of the world's most fabulous cheesecakes.  Cake Envy first opened for business (as The Cheesecake Lady) in June 1997 in Rota, Spain. However, I had been baking and perfecting cheesecake recipes for two years prior. My friends and family were constantly encouraging me to sell my creations so that the rest of the world could enjoy the passion. 


 

I am now happy to offer over 30 different varieties of world-class cheesecakes.  From Spain our business moved to Monterey, CA and then to beautiful Hawaii (much to the dismay of our loyal customers!)  It wasn't long before we had a whole new set of cheesecake followers! Cake Envy cheesecakes have been enjoyed by the cast and crew of hit TV shows and movies including Fox's North Shore and ABC's LOST.
